Use of Proceeds

The purpose of this offering is is as a operating capital raise for the company ResClubs Resorts, Inc.  Proceeds will be utilized for operations support for the first three locations, Little Saint George Island, Belize; Ocotal, Costs Rica; and the Bahamas.
