It is 500 meters away from Playa Ocotal and 4 km away from Playas del Coco, both destinations for small boats and for practicing water activities such as: paddle board, kayak and specially for snorkeling.

The property has three independent access gates that connect with the public road, which is the main way to get to EL Coco, as well as to Liberia and some other small towns around.

Use of Proceeds

Proceeds from investment will be for the purpose of both soft and hard costs, aand both infrastructure and home vertical construction.

The investors in the offering will have the right to purchase one of the vacation residences in this offering   Additionally, qualifying investors that invest an extra $5000 qualify for and receive an actual ownership share in the Island property.
